So I go into work the other day to ask tell them I had surgery on my foot and I just have to take it easy at work for a few days and that I need to see the Dr. again on Monday...first thing out of my manager's mouth was "well we scheduled you Monday so you better find a replacment". I'm glad they are so concerned with the well being of employees there.
P.S. I hate sidekicks.

I got to go snowboarding this weekend and it was amazing. I ran the best line of my life in the park although thanks to the many attempts before that I'm left damn near bruised and broken but it was all worth it.
*sidenote* Getting what you have always wanted sometimes is the worst thing in the world.

So I'm watching T.V. and see a news story on a guy who served in Irag and lost his leg and can not get any medical coverage now that he's back. Then immediately after I saw that another thing pops up about all the help New Orleans is getting. Yeah I realize New Orleans lost everything but they're getting everything back how come this kid who gave his leg for our country can't get simple medical coverage. Our system is jacked up.

I hate when you're really into someone and you think they may be kind of interested back but then you realize that your chances are slim to none due to "competition". Is there like a rule as to when it's not ok to compete? :P

So I wake up this morning in a great mood. I go out to my car to go to class and I find the entire dash ripped off just so some thief could get a damn cd player.

| NYC |
[27 May 2006|01:06pm] |
So I just got back last night from a week in New York and I'm still wondering why I even came back. I could have stayed there for much much longer and been not at all bored for quite some time. I'm gonna miss the crazy crack heads wandering the streets they make your days very interesting.
While I was there I did very little tourist stuff cause it just didn't appeal to me so I wandered around aimlessly until I found something fun to do. While wandering I ran into John C. McGinley (Dr. from Scrubs) and also Julia Stiles, but seeing famous people randomly was nothing compared to seeing the most awesome person of all who happens to be Caroline McCredie :D
Spent many nights at the bar in the Lower East Side of the city which is like a completely different world from uptown and just as much fun (though I found the people in Lower East Side to be nicer than the rich uptown folk). Oh well can't think of really much more to say other than New York was a blast and I hope I get to go back there soon.

Brian and I went to go see the Matches tonight, I haven't seen them in quite some time so it was fun to see them again. Sat back and just talked about randomness with Matt for while, I think that's part of why I like these guys so much cause they're not big headed and they just act normal and talk about random things OTHER than music that and it's nice to know that after random encounters over a few years Shawn still remembers who I am. Wish Chris could have gone (stupid homework) he would have had some fun. The new stuff was great and can't wait for the CD to come out in September. Well I'm out.

| So...It's Been A While |
[15 Apr 2006|05:57pm] |
Yeah it's been quite some time since I've updated so I thought I'd say hey to all out there who read this thing. I've been quite busy workin on startin up my web design company with a friend of mine and been plannin mass trips to various places around the world, next on the list is NYC at the end of May which will be awesome and I get the added bonus of seein Caro which is gonna be great. Other than that school school school is what I've been pluggin away at (one major and 3 minors), it's rather difficult working 40-50 hours a week and doin full time at school at night and still doin what I can for the guys with Farwell on the weekends (by the way everyone should go see them May 1st at the Temple Club in Lansing cause they're playin wtih Amber Pacific message me if you want tix or just show up either way that works). Well I'm out, lata peeps.
P.S. Rather exciting news, Shaun White just won a perfect season at the U.S. Open today goin out with his 12-0 victory.
